A Structured Approach to Luxury Construction
A luxury build requires meticulous organization. Ayon's structured 4-Phase Process ensures your home additions, custom home construction, or full renovations are delivered on-schedule, on-budget, and fully backed by warranties.
Phase 1: Architecture & Feasibility
We begin with a detailed property review and zoning analysis. Our team drafts conceptual floorplans, site plans, and elevations to align with municipal bylaws. We present a transparent feasibility budget before starting engineering.

Once the layouts are approved, we compile structural engineering sets, HVAC designs, and plumbing schematics. Concurrently, our interior designer assists you in selecting all finish materials (flooring, tiles, cabinetry, and fixtures). We then submit the complete building permit application to the local municipality.

With the building permits in hand, our master building team mobilizes on-site. Led by Behzad and a dedicated site superintendent, we manage foundations, structural framing, HVAC/mechanical rough-ins, drywall, and finish trim carpentry. You receive weekly milestone tracking updates via our Houzz Pro client portal.

In the final phase, we coordinate occupancy inspections with the local building department, complete a detailed pre-handover client walkthrough punchlist, and register your home with Tarion. We deliver occupancy papers, system operating manuals, and clean keys.
